Brian founded Tennis Fundamentals in 1994. From 1996-2001 he was the manager of Belfast Indoor Tennis Arena. He was the National Director for Ireland of the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) for over ten years, tutoring and testing coaches. In 2004 he co-founded The Schools Tennis Project Ltd., a charity that promotes tennis in schools, and is currently working on their behalf to develop the tennis programme at Wallace Park Indoor Tennis Centre, Lisburn. Now in the veterans, he remains a keen player himself and represented Ulster in the Over 35 inter provincials.
